Hey PC peeps!
It's about a month since I last posted updates on my challenge (damn, that's long) and within the month I didn't play any cash games at all. I played a couple of MTT's here and there but overall I mainly played 6m, 9m, 45m, and 180m sng's (at $3 and $6). So my last update blog my bankroll was at $79.13 and as of now it's sitting at $308.31....THAT'S WASSSUP :) Anyways, I've been playing really decent at the $6.50 6m/ 9m turbos as I do feel that the comp. is very soft. I've been watching Boku87 and DDBeast on how they play the sngs and I've kind of mimicked the way they play in the later stages of the sng - mainly push/fold. Obv its working out and I'm planning to stick around in the sngs for a bit.
I still haven't reached my goal of playing 6-8 tables at once (still at 4) but I gotta tell ya it's quite difficult to manage 4 tables playing 6m and 9m at the turbos... it gets kind of hectic later in stages. But whatevs, i'll eventually get used to it and hopefully add up some more tables, but in the meantime I'm just focused on building my bankroll - looking forward to making 1k very soon :)
On to my personal life, I've been getting ready to pick some college courses for the upcoming 2010-2011 school year (I'm already late, due date was Feb 1) but I feel theres no rush because this is something I really have to take time on deciding what to do. Hopefully I can get my courses in by the end of the month and then hit the books in September... BOOOO! lol. I'm also going to start Insanity this Monday so I can get a nice fresh and healthy start to the year. And obv I want to get diesed and be built :) So I don't know if you guys heard about this Insanity thing, but its a 60-day workout in which you do cardio, core and upper body. You do it everyday of the week except Sundays and you also have to eat 5 meals of 1500 more or less calories a day. For those of you who want to lose weight, gain weight or even get into the best shape I suggest you look into this and do it! Trust me, the infomercials get to your head! Btw, this is not fake, its the real deal!
Anyways, gotta go pick up some protein powder/bars and some healthy foods for the nutrition guide. Looking forward to get built and for my BR to keep goin' up. I hope its my year to shine :)
