Here are more recent updates from my challenge.  I played 3 sessions (total of 611 hands) and experienced my very first downswing.  Basically lost every flip and my jacks lost to a river set of 10's.... yuck.  I was down (7.49) in the session and I decided to call it quits.  Took a couple hours of break, played in the Stars $2.75 mtt at 17:00ET....busted out....and yeah, the day wasn't going well.  With $68.59 BR I took a shot at $5NL (1 tbl) and finished the session up $10.54.  Great way to end the day!

Session 8 (25m)
25 hands played
Total Buyin: $8 (4)
cashout: $4.15
return: -$3.85

Session 9 (1h 15m)
400 hands played
Total buyin: $8 (4)
cashout: $4.36
return: -$3.64

Session 10 (2h 30m)
186 hands played
Total buyin: $5 (1)
cashout: $15.54

return: +$10.54

BR = $79.13

I'm pretty comfortable playing at $5nl....going to grind some more tmrw.  I think if my BR gets to $60 ill go back to $2NL.  Is that reasonable?

The table was very passive so I decided I was going to open up anything from button and CO.  Should I be even opening up hands like this? http://www.pokerhand.org/?5104734P

Is this standard?  Iso'd then lost the race.

Like I've said earlier, table was doing a ton of limping so I opted to raise on the button with suited ace.  Should I be doing this at these stakes?

I like how I played these hands, any thoughts?

Hadn 1 is a fold, the very bottom of your range, even in a stealing situation. You caught good and flopped huge, but I'd say losing play overall. Hand 2 is standard to iso with that because your are always flipping with that shorty and ahead to aq aj or worse. However you need to make your preflop raise a little more either .05 or .1. Add one .05 at that level per limper to your standard open. Hand 3 is fine if the table is letting you run over them do it. You have position so this open is a good spot. The 33 hand is an odd line, and I think you either check raise that spot on the flop or turn. Your river lead looks too strong and you aren't getting any value out of worse really I don't think. Maybe a two pair will call you down but if you are playing this hand here which is marginal oop and if you are playing it you need to get the money in somehow when you hit. On the last hand I think you should get her last .75. If she is calling the $1 she'll spew off the rest as well.
