Sorry i've just gotten a new mac and i'm not sure how to use it properly so the hands that mattered today i'm just going to recall from memory at least until i install all the poker programs onto this comp.

Anyways posted another small winning session though it was quite swingy. Thought i made a number of good decisions though i can tell the players are tougher then they used to be. Tilt wise i controlled myself quite well and thats important, and probably resulted in me posting a winning day as i was down 5 buyins in the first 15 minutes.

2 hands i want to recall are as below:

Stacks ($100) each

I get dealt Q4 (h) on button raise to $3.5

BB calls

Flop: J T 7 (all hearts)

BB bets $5, i call

Turn: 9 clubs

BB bets 9, i make it $25 BB calls

River: 2 H

BB checks  - - - what is good value bet river here?

i was gna post the other hand but honestly so difficult to do by just typing it so ill post hands when i get everything installed on this comp.

Like i said any1 that is grinding the low - medium stakes shoot me an email and we can grind the levels together.

Now this is my first blog in a long time and i haven't been playing poker actively in quite a long time. Success of businesses as a result of poker a few years ago has resulted in much time spent away from the felt. The great thing is now that all these things are established i can now play once again.

But i've decided that after much reading of other pros blogs i shouldn't just jump straight back into the middle level cash games but instead start from the basics. That is learning the game once again from .5/1 NL back up. Games evolve and so do players. If i was to jump straight back into it im sure i would get crushed.

This is a quick blog but pretty much updates on poker and everything else will be commented.

Furthermore looking to really set up a poker network of friends living in Melbourne would be fantastic as this always helps when starting again so send me a comment on this blog with contact details.

Anyways played my first small session 2day at 0.5/1 NL made a small win will update everyone once i install everything on this new MAC.
