I am writing this blog today to plead with all PC members. Let's not share the passwords for the tournaments held by PokerCurious. I know it is a lot of work for Zimba and the Admin to get these tourneys going and in order to keep them going he needs everyones help. I know Zimba would write a blog asking people not to share, but he is extremely busy keep PC afloat. He has more important things to do, that is why I decided to write this.
Recently we have joining the PC team, Rex55, professional poker player. She was welcomed aboard with a special tourney on Saturday and the turnout was great! Maybe a little greater/larger than expected, but still great. Congrats to the winner of the KO challenge!
Back to the issue. When you share the password with a non-member, you are giving away chances to increase your bankroll, play with members only and learn a great game called poker. You are being very nice to share with a friend huh? Well here at PC their are no strict rules to get said password, so why not join a new community and support a dream built by a very nice man, Zimba. I think, no I am sure, he did not spend all his time, energy and money to have the site turned into a slackville for non-members.
Let's help Zimba turn his idea of a well rounded site into full reality. We would like all members to not share the password any longer. This plea may come on deaf ears, but when the freerolls are stopped because there is no other options, we as members are the losers and the non-members, like the scavengers they are, will move on to another free meal.
Shout out to Zimba and all Administators! You guys are doing a great job. Keep up the hard work and I will be a member for life. X
This may be a solution, but may take time to setup. A database of names from PC has to be sent to the site and may have to be updated from time to time. When you are not eligible for the tounament, you get an error message after clicking "Register Here". Just throwing out an idea. X

Yes X has finally found a car. It is not new, new, but new to me. LOL. It is a Plymouth Breeze with 154K miles and it is sweet!. I got it fairly cheap. So good for me! Who ever owned the car before me took very good care of the car. The seats and interior is very clean and everything works. It does not have auto windows and door locks, but it is still very nice. Yeah! X
I was very surprised by my mail carrier today. I was on the phone and heard a loud "THUMP" at the door. I told myself, another pesky neighbor with some odd request for sure. LOL. Nope it was the mail carrier throwing a package in my door. I picked up the package and it was very heavy and it was sent from: degenaMATT! Well you know how crazy he is so I'm thinking "BOMB"? "LIQUOR"? LOL. Well I received the ultimate package which included casino chips, t-shirt, 2 poker magazines and....wait for it, Doyle Brunson's "SUPER SYSTEM" book. Woot Woot! Thank you soooooooooooooo much. degenaMATT YOU THE MAN! X

Won several entries to the Fantasy Poker Events, but did not do to well an any of them, until tonight. I am not a Omaha player and was a little out of my comfort zone, but I decided to try my best. It really was a struggle, because I really don't know what a good starting hand is for Omaha H/L. I folded some hands that I was not sure of and would have had some major monster hands. I play like a total donkey and made it to fourth. Again, Omaha is not a game I play often, but enjoyed playing something other than the infamous NLHE.
I also have a much better bankroll, so I will go back to bankroll management. That means no more Sup Turbos. LOL. Hope the poker gods stay on my side until I can cash big. X
Off topic: Found an excellent car on Craigslist and was given an appointment to go see it today at 7pm. Borrowed my daughters new car to go check it out in the next city, about 30 minute drive. I was so excited, I was ready. I counted out the money and picked up my boyfriend (whooper1970) from work and headed towards Wilson NC. I had the instruction to the guys house and I got there a little early. Low and behold a guy was checking out my car and the jerk was signing the title as we pulled up. The owner came over to the car and says, "Oh my, I just tried to call you." GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! Longer story short, still looking for a car. X
This hand caused me to LOL. I was not running well, getting crappy cards and mostly just getting a read on the players. Big bluffer raises a standard raise and I decide to re-raise and then I get into a shoving match. LOL. Fulltilt at it's best. Really was hoping for the spade for a suck out. And yes this does happen live so no rigged, crying for a piece of cheese from me. X
