After reading the interview posted by Zimba, I decided to find the email address of Thuy and let her know how she has inspired me with her fight with cancer.  She sent me an email back today.  I am glad that she took the time out of her busy life to drop me a few words.  Only other poker player that did this for me was Daniel Negreanu.  His email was very long, but informative.  I like that even though they are very busy people they take the time to answer the email of a low-limit grinder such as myself.  I feel special.  LOL.  X

Just wanted to drop you a line and say I really enjoyed your interview on Pokercurious.  http://www.pokercurious.com/interviews/view/thuy-doan-interview/.  I am a female player and I know how hard it is to get respect from male players.  You are an inspiration and I am glad you are stronger than the cancer.  Love the pictures of the guys shaving their heads.  Very thoughtful act on their part.  I am a low limit grinder and freeroll player, but hope to some day play in the WSOP.  I live NLHE and I play almost everyday.  I read a lot of poker articles, blogs, forum post and poker books.  Not many good books about online poker, so I mainly read for general strategy, odds and position play.  Hope you have a great day and keep grinding.
